These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Silver Smart Life Center website, your member account, and any products or services you purchase or redeem from us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you are helping an older family member, you confirm that you are authorised to act on their behalf and that they consent to your doing so.

3. Your member account

• We verify your identity using your WhatsApp number and a one-time passcode (OTP). Keep your phone and number secure — anyone with access to your WhatsApp can request a code.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or number has been used without your permission.

4. Membership and benefits

Membership gives access to member pricing, free health checks, in-store refreshments, and member-only promotions, as described on our Membership page. Benefits may change over time, and some are available only while stocks last or during a stated period.

5. Orders, prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and will refund any payment already made.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

6. Gifts and redemptions

Member gifts and redemption rewards are subject to availability and any conditions shown at the time of the offer. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred unless we say so.

7. Delivery, collection, returns and refunds

• We will give an estimated delivery or collection time at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.
• If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as required by Singapore consumer law.
• For hygiene reasons, certain skincare, food, and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened, except where they are faulty.

8. Health and product information

Our products support general wellness and comfort. Descriptions and any wellness information on this site are for general guidance only and are not medical advice. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always speak with a qualified doctor or pharmacist before changing your diet, supplements, or care routine, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.

9. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access other members’ data, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

10. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and designs on this site belong to Silver Smart Life Center or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

11. Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care to keep the site and our services accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Singapore consumer protection law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we may ask you to agree again before you continue using your account.
